She dips her entire head into the pail of ice water. Enduring the cold fearing of water.
Her heart pounding n racing like a machine gun.
70 seconds later, she withdrew, panting.
She repeated countless times, till she gave up due to the pain from the coldness.
She had become a burden and a pain to someone she love.
The nightmares came back recently.
Everyone that used to hurt her, came back for more.
They were all laughing n using her in all devilish ways.
The only thing she remember was, him saying those exact words.

Sorry. Was all she could uttered.
She knew from then,
she would never speak of her heart again.
She knew, she never be her again.
