Easy Seaweed Japanese Spaghetti

This was my own creation out of the things available at home.

Photobucket

Ingredients

Pasta of your choice
Button mushrooms (optional)
Seasoned seaweed of your choice.
It could be Tao Kae Noi in your favourite flavor.
or you could use what you see in the picture
I bought this from diaso.
It season with some seasong and seasme seed.
If you dont like seasme seed, just use normal seaweed.
Salt to taste
Bonito flakes
Dried chilli (optional)

Directions

Melt butter in pan,
Salute slice button mushrooms in butter till mushroom turns a little brown.
Add cooked pasta, make sure all pasta are cooked with butter for that hint of flavor.
Add seaweed, dried chilli and mix them well.
Salt to taste.
Serve with bonito flakes.

Isnt this awesome?
If i created a dish on my own, could i name the dish after me?

Lately, Sam and i were so caught up thinking about our individual future.
I never had turn into bed without tangling my thoughts and i bet he felt the same.

I can hear my inner voice telling me :
Welcome to the real world,
where you struggle to earn money,
and struggle more to keep them the later.

Exams are around the corner which simply means im graduating in 2 weeks time.
Stress level increased tremendously - probably the reason why im so gluely to Sam recently.
Drowning myself in his warm, comforting hug.

A book that i had chance upon recently....

Finished this book faster than i thought, i wasnt happy with the direct story line, there wasnt any plot and the ending was predictable.
However after doing some research, i have decided to read more on anita blake.
Necromancy, vampires and the dead would always be my thing, besides,
they even have a marvel collection on it.
I'll grab more of her books from the library tml.

-part of me wants to be like Anita Blake

Wouldnt life be easier and much more fulfilling if money isnt the key most things.
Why cant we trade bread for butter? A cow for... say 6 chickens?
Economist would start throwing you with endless illustrations on how the real world is
and what would be the downfall of it.

Sigh~

Sometimes the taste of real world sucks!

Its our 46th birthday!!!
Happy birthday Singapore and all Singaporeans.
Thank you Mr Lee Kuan Yuan for the awesome leadership.
Though i wasnt happy with how the PAP evolve into now.
Nevertheless there are certain things that im really proud of Singapore.

#1 World Class Airport.
No one would ever expect a small dot like us can have such an amazing airport.

#2 Security
No worries walking in the streets during the heart of the night.

#3 Food
We may not have as many snacks like taiwan or pretty looking dishes like the french.
Im most elated with my laksa, lontong and chicken rice.

#4 People
All races haves their flaws or perhaps thats at least how we perceive it due to different cultural backgrounds.
But i love the fact that we harmonise.
I hope the problems from other countries would never affect us over here.

#5 Singlish
Seriously, whats there to be ashame of?
Most of us write and speak proper english by now.
But Singlish is our root!
Powerful countries mocked at our lack of culture and history.
Here we have something more unique than use a dialect!

Im blogging more often than usual.
Normally due to 2 reasons, its either im really bored or im really stressed up.

Photobucket

Say hello to heart shaped lips and lower lash implants.
IMAO.

i headed off to the library today, wanted to read sth light hearted.
So i skim through the romance comedy books.
All kinda sound boring and WTF in the bad way.
In the end?
I borrowed another book on vampires, and necromancy which i have tons at home.
I guess the color of the one's roots just doesnt change huh?

Its nearing graduation and i feel the ultimate stress kicking in.
Nightmares, stomach flu.
This is worse than O levels.
Or rather i wasnt very much bothered back then.

Im nowhere near to completing my preparation of my coming exams at all.
These 2 weeks i probably stop the frequent shoots and just focus on selected models.
Ah!! This is so tough!

im getting annoyed with people telling me what to do in order to improve when i dont
see that their end product was good at all!
I know that i should keep an open mind.
And im really annoyed with people not understanding the situation and giving me advices blindly.
or mayb...
just maybe...

Im PMSING!
